Terms & Conditions:
Minimum Length of Contract is 1 semester.
Deposit of €200 required to secure place.
Accommodation rent payments are made on a set monthly basis.
Any exceptions to this made to be made in advance with an agreement.
Deposit is fully refundable at the end of the contracted period provided all rent has been paid to date.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you pay a deposit and decide at a later date that you no longer require the accommodation or vacate the contract early, the deposit is lost.
Snoozles do not accept any anti-social behavior and reserve the right to a termination of the contract if found to be in breach of house rules.
